§1 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the participant contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to revoke the contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). Our address for the revocation is:

You can use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send us notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The postmark is decisive for postal items.

At this point, we expressly point out that the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely in accordance with §2.

§2 Expiry of the right of revocation

Pro Academy GmbH hereby expressly points out that upon receipt of the booking for a training course, Pro Academy GmbH will begin to fulfill the contract at the same time (e.g. by providing online learning content via an online learning platform).

By making your booking (and ticking the appropriate box in the booking process), you allow Pro Academy GmbH to start fulfilling the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

You also expressly confirm that you are aware that your right of withdrawal expires if you expressly consent to Pro Academy GmbH commencing performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period. You will find a written confirmation in accordance with §312f BGB in your booking confirmation.

By making the booking, the customer also expressly agrees that the described expiry of the right of withdrawal extends to all course components of the booked courses.

§3 Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we must refund any payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from the contract. For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for the repayment.

If you have already received services from us (brush set, theory books etc.) before the start of the course, you must return these to us at your own expense within fourteen days of the date of revocation at the latest.

Any loss in value of the material services received shall be reimbursed by you if the loss in value is due to handling of the goods/materials that was not necessary to check the quality, properties and functionality.
